   There are few things more frightening than discovering your teen has a drug or alcohol problem.  Finding affordable, quality treatment for

   that child can be a daunting challenge.  You may already be familiar with the story of Full Circle Treatment Center’s beginnings. In response

   to a devastating tragedy that befell a local family, a grassroots’ community effort began to raise awareness about the dangers of teen drug

   and alcohol abuse.  This group made a decision to turn their collective sorrow into positive action.  The vastly inadequate resources to treat

   adolescent substance abuse were discovered as a result.

        According to the 2006 Placer County Healthy Kids Survey, “42% of all 11^th graders in traditional schools and

          62% in nontraditional schools report alcohol and other drug use in the last 30 days”

   Full Circle Treatment Center is dedicated to providing successful, intensive early intervention and rehabilitation strategies to combat the 

   destructive effects of substance abuse to the youth and their families in Placer County.  This center will be the first non-profit treatment

   facility in the region dedicated to adolescents.

   With a dedicated board and an experienced staff, we’ve accomplished a lot in the last year to make this center a reality, but there is so  

   much more we still need to do.  There are many ways you can help:

• Cash donations for start-up costs

• 4000 square feet of office space

• Grant writer

• Tax accountant experienced in non-profits

• Technological support

   Your donation will enable us to give the youth in our community the quality treatment they need to go on to lead productive, successful lives.
